Esconet Technologies Limited is pleased to announce the acquisition of a majority stake (over 50%) in Fluidech IT Services Pvt. Ltd., following the necessary regulatory approvals. With this strategic move, Fluidech officially becomes a subsidiary of Esconet Technologies.
This acquisition marks a significant milestone for both companies. Esconet, known for its expertise in IT infrastructure solutions and high-performance computing through its HexaData brand, expands its footprint into the growing domain of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) services in Cybersecurity. Fluidech brings to the table deep consulting experience and a client-centric approach, which will now be further empowered by Esconet’s technical depth, infrastructure capabilities, and OEM partnerships.
Moving forward, Fluidech will primarily focus on delivering specialized GRC services, a rapidly evolving and highly relevant space in today’s security-conscious digital landscape. A notable achievement for Fluidech is its recognition as the first consulting organization accredited by the National Critical Information Infrastructure Protection Centre (NCIIPC). This pioneering status offers a substantial first-mover advantage in engaging with government bodies, public sector units, and corporate organizations that fall under NCIIPC’s Critical Infrastructure designation.
